Copley Country Club
Clubhouse Use
The clubhouse is available to members and or non-members for private social functions. To reserve the clubhouse, contact the Manager well in advance of your party date to insure your reservation. Members will be responsible for any damage occurring to any furniture or fixture during their use of the clubhouse.

Alcoholic beverages are to be sold and served by an Employee of Copley Country
Club.
Performed by members or non-members reserving the clubhouse.

from ledges, rails, walls, woodwork and cabinets

Remove all waste and
food from clubhouse and clubhouse area
The
clubhouse is available for use by all members and non-members in good standing.
A
member or non-member may be denied use of the Clubhouse for any of the
following reasons:
History of damage to the Clubhouse
History of negligence concerning the
Clubhouse rules
Other reasons deemed substantial by
the Board of Directors
The
Board of Directors must approve the denial of use by members and non-members.
Reservations are made by calling the Managing Agent not less then seven (7) days, nor more then sixty (60) days in advance of the date of the function. All dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. A ‘Clubhouse Rental Agreement” is available from the Managing Agent.
Fees:
$50.00 fee for 0-25
$100.00 fee for 26-50
$150.00 fee for 51-75
$250.00 fee for 76 & up
No fees for Members of Copley Country
Club.
Usage fee
of $250.00 for the clubhouse for non-Golf
function, this fee is non-refundable.
Security Deposit of $250.00. This fee is due as stated above in advance of the reservation date. This check will not be deposited but
will be held until after the function. It will be refunded within 72 hours after the event if the Clubhouse is left in acceptable condition,
no damage or loss has occurred, and there have been no infractions of Clubhouse rules. The Managing Agent shall have jurisdiction
over all questions in this matter. Appeals may be made to the Board of Directors. Failure to provide the deposit one (1) week in
advance means forfeiture of the reservation and the usage fee.

Hours Available
The Clubhouse is available for
private functions between the hours of
a noon
function or earlier, this can be
arranged for if there is no function the preceding day. All functions must be
over by
Clubhouse cleaning must be
completed by 10:30 pm
the day of your function. Entrance to the clubhouse for the
purpose of preparing
for a
private function may not begin more than two (2) hours prior to the function.
Reservation policy does not allow private
functions to be held on:
League Nights
Golf Tournaments
Annual Meeting
The
member reserving the clubhouse must be in attendance for the duration of the
function. He/she is responsible for the conduct of the guests.
All
food will be prepared by Copley Country Club Staff:
No
food will be brought and prepared in or outside the clubhouse unless approved
by the clubhouse manager and or Board of Directors.
All
vehicles must be properly parked in the parking lot provided.
The
member reserving the clubhouse is responsible for cleaning it after use in accordance
with the “Cleaning and Usage Checklist” provided by the Managing Agent. Failure
to clean the Clubhouse satisfactorily will result in forfeiture of all or part
of the security deposit.
