Copley Country Club Leagues

 

1. League:

· A League must be approved by the Board of Directors.

· Tee time and fees will be set by the Club or person’s in charge of League.

· League days will be decided by the Board of Directors.

· Club rules must be followed at all times.

· Copley dollars will be used for awards.

2. Qualifications:

·        New League members who have not established a handicap wishing to join a League should turn in two 18 rounds of golf to the proshop or persons in charge of the League.

·        All members, non-members and guest must sign in at the proshop before play can begin.

·        Non members may join the Wednesday night Men’s league and the Thursday night ladies’ league.

·        Contact the pro shop for more information regarding fees and tee times.

3. League Fees:

·        $30.00 for women (2008) includes dinner at end of season at the club.

·        $30.00 for men (2008) includes dinner at end of season at the club.

·        If dinner is not to be included, “prize money only”, will be determined and set aside for end of year awards.

·        Prize money will be established by the Club or persons in charge of League.

·        A weekly fee of $2.00 is required each week for prizes. (changed into Copley Dollars).

·        Winners will be notified at end of play at the clubhouse. (Women)

·        Winners will be posted the following day at the Proshop. (Men)

·        The money will be deposited into a bank account and managed by the Club.

·        Fees will be exchanged into Copley Dollars at end of season allowing winners to purchase items from Copley.

·        No refunds.

·        Copley Dollars have expiration date.

 

4. Attendance

·        50% attendance is required in order to receive end of year awards.
